With over 14 years experience in the manufacture of plastic inflatables, namely official ZORB® globes, PLASCON will accept warranty claims for failed ZORB® globes.
We are aware of a number of copy products and manufacturers that claim to be, or manufacture, "Zorbs", "Zorb balls", and "Zorbing balls". These are not official ZORB® globes. A list of these fake and copy operators can be found at ZORBscams.
